Library Surveys

Plough Library regularly uses surveys to solicit input from CBU students and faculty. Surveys typically address library resources and services—how and when they are used—as well as user awareness of resources and services. As part of each survey, the library requests suggestions for improvement. Library staff endeavor to respond to such suggestions as they have the ability to address them.

Informed by recent survey responses, the library added vending machines, removed shelves to provide more student workspaces, and sought solutions to mitigate increasing noise levels in the building. In spring 2020, improvements included group study rooms and new furniture on the main floor.
